| 3. SEABAY issues the invoice and copy of b/l to you for payment. |
| 4. SEABAY releases the original b/l to you or your shipper once all payment arrives. |
| 5. SEABAY offers weekly (working day) report to update the status of your shipment. |

| 2. SEABAY confirms the chargeable weight in our facility. |
