| Yes. We can send your inventory to an Amazon FBA warehouse or a designated warehouse in Europe, according to your needs. |
| Do you provide door-to-door services? |
| Yes. Under DAT/DDP, we will help arrange the picking up, consolidating, warehousing, and preparation of the required documentation for Customs. We can also make payments on your behalf if you are assessed as a VIP customer. Door-to-door services will be delivered on your specific demands. | Procedure (Ocean shipping): |
| 1. SEABAY contacts your supplier to arrange picking up or loading. |
| 2. SEABAY arranges customs clearance and send the goods on board. |
| 3. SEABAY issues the invoice and copy of b/l to you for payment. |
| 4. SEABAY releases the original b/l to you or your shipper once all payment arrives. |
| 5. SEABAY offers weekly (working day) report to update the status of your shipment. |
