Yes, we can. We have expert access to purchasing export licenses, handling customs declarations, and thus shipping goods across international borders. The total exporting costs can be reduced through our storage and consolidation services.

Can you help pick up our goods from inland China?

Yes, we can do that for you. We assume the responsibility for picking up and consolidating goods from different suppliers.

How should I pay you?

Payments via bank transfer (T/T) and Western Union are accepted. We also work with European forwarding agents who assist in payment processing.

Can you ship my goods to an Amazon/European warehouse?

Yes. We can send your inventory to an Amazon FBA warehouse or a designated warehouse in Europe, according to your needs.

Do you provide door-to-door services?

Yes. Under DAT/DDP, we will help arrange the picking up, consolidating, warehousing, and preparation of the required documentation for Customs. 3. SEABAY issues the invoice and the copy of B/L to you for payment.

4. SEABAY releases the original B/L to you or your shipper once the payments are made.

5. SEABAY offers weekly report (on working day) to keep you updated with the status of your shipment.

3. SEABAY issues the invoice to you to arrange payment.

4. SEABAY handles customs clearance and delivers the goods once the payments are made.

Procedures of International Express Delivery

1. Seabay contacts your supplier to arrange picking up your packages.

2. Seabay checks the package weight and the package volume, and then sends the debite note to you.

3. Seabay delivers the packages to you via DHL, UPS, TNT or EMS.

4. SEABAY offers daily report (on working day) to keep you updated with the status of your packages.
